The training consists of a full day (9 hour) workshop presented by highly experienced trainers representing the construction / contracting perspective and/or the architectural / design perspective. You will engage in a range of interactive activities and discussions that address both the theory and practice of green building and LEED®. The course addresses the many roles of the contractor throughout the building process, using LEED® as a guideline. Become a valuable team member to building green buildings that are environmentally responsible, sustainable, resource efficient and cost effective. The workshop is designed to prepare trainees for the Green Advantage Certification Exam, in addition to qualifying for AIA continuing education credits, LEED Green Associate prerequisite, LEED AP continuing education requirements.
