Where is the Green Investor money?

I have been building the greenest home in California. My project will be used as a Green Resource Center for the inland empire. The research and development opportunities are huge for the big home builders to see what consumers are going to demand from the next generation performance home. It seems everyone is freaked out with the market, but you have to put your money somewhere. So I guess what I am asking is "where is the money". A green project like this one should be a no brainer for anyone with money who wants to make a difference for the environment. My project answers all the environmental,sustainability,and high price green issues on the table. So if someone could help this very frustrated sustainable builder find some answers, I would appreciate any ideas. reese
