The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed new standards for construction work in confined spaces. If adopted, the standards are likely to affect most construction employers.
I would ask why there needs to be four different definitions/types of confined spaces with this new system. Why not just make the current definition of a confined space more broad. It says that if all four types of confined spaces need documentation, so why not just call them all a confined space
