Alternative Project Delivery Methods for Captial Projects

Interested in hearing about others experiences with alternative procurement delivery methods. i.e. D/B, Construction Management @ risk, & Design Build Operate. Which method of project delivery delivers the best value, in your opinion?

    Hi Sally, I believe there are few EXPERIENCED professionals in the Water/Wastewater side of true DESIGN-BUILD in Northern CA.
